Soft-Tex Announces Licensing Agreement with Back Forty Brands & Personnel Addition
(MOORESVILLE, NC) October 31st, 2018 – Soft-Tex International, a leading supplier of bedding and home goods, announced today that the company has entered into a licensing agreement with Back Forty Brands, LLC, a manufacturer of outdoor decorative and recreational products. Back Forty Brands currently operates under the Back Forty Metalworks and Back Forty Marine trademarks. In addition, Scott Thayer, the Principal at Back Forty Brands will join Soft-Tex in a business development leadership role focused on expanding Soft-Tex International, Inc.’s portfolio of brands and product. Thayer will also play a key role in commercializing new products and aligning the broader portfolio to both existing and future Soft-Tex customers.
